Promotional Terms

1. Eligibility:

1.1 The Instagram competition ("Competition") is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of MCoBeauty and Chemist Warehouse, their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the Competition.

2. Competition Period:

2.1 The Competition will run from 13 May 2024 to 29 May 2024 ("Competition Period").

3. Prize Details:

3.1 There will be a total of 8 winners selected over the Competition Period.

3.2 Each winner will receive a $250 Visa gift card.

3.3 The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.

4. How to Enter:

4.1 To enter the Competition, participants must:

- Purchase any MCoBeauty product at Chemist Warehouse during the Competition Period.

- Share their Chemist Warehouse haul on their Instagram stories.

- Tag @mcobeauty and @chemistwarehouseaus in their story.

4.2 Multiple entries from the same person are allowed.

4.3 A purchase of an MCoBeauty product at Chemist Warehouse is necessary to enter or win.

5. Selection of Winners:

5.1 Winners will be drawn randomly on the following dates: 19th May 2024, 26th May 2024, and 30th May 2024.

5.2 The winners will be notified via direct message on Instagram within 7 days of the draw date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

6. Proof of Purchase:

6.1 Participants must retain their Chemist Warehouse receipt as proof of purchase. Winners may be required to present their receipt to claim their prize.

7. Publicity:

7.1 By entering the Competition, participants agree to the use of their Instagram handle and submitted content for promotional purposes, including but not limited to, social media posts and marketing materials.

8. Data Protection:

8.1 Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Competition and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

9. General:

9.1 The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with,

10.1 The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the Competition will be notified to participants as soon as possible by the promoter.

By participating in the Competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

     

    Promotional FAQ's

    There may be a delay in dispatching orders during Promotional Periods.

    When will my order arrive?

    Due to the high volume of orders during launches and sale periods, processing and shipping times may be delayed.
    When your order is being processed and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. It may take 1-2 days for the tracking link to update with information once it’s been scanned by Australia Post or DHL.

    Can I update my shipping address?

    Unfortunately, once orders have been placed, we are unable to edit the shipping label. Once you have received your tracking details, you can reach out to the courier directly to request a redirection.  If you are making a order through ShopPay, we recommend reviewing your address prior to checking out. 

    Can I add another product to my order?

    Unfortunately, once orders have been placed, we are unable to make any updates or amendments.

    Can I cancel my order?

    If you haven't received your tracking details, we may be able to cancel your order. Please reach out to our customer service team at info@mcobeauty.com.au for further assistance. 

    Will items be restocked during the sale? 

    No. We will not be restocking during our Relocation Sale. Products are available while stock lasts. 

    Can I use another discount during the sale?

    No. You cannot use any other offer or promotional code (including any other gift with purchase offers) during our Relocation Sale.
